1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Xendomo (operated by Memedeo Communications Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Xendomo is a cloud-based hostel management platform providing tools for room allocation, admissions, fee collection, resident management, and reporting. The platform is provided as a subscription service to educational institutions and hostel operators.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One institution may have one administrative account unless otherwise agreed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent.
• Interfere with the platform's availability or performance.

5. Data Ownership

All resident data and institutional data you enter into Xendomo remains your property. We act as a data processor on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the service.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are agreed at the time of onboarding and invoiced as per the chosen billing cycle.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after a 14-day grace period.
• Pricing may be updated with 30 days' written notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Xendomo platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Memedeo Communications Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memedeo Communications Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be made available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
